EASY IS AS EASY DOES!
These purely satisfying cookies are an absolute breeze to make happen. I love when a cookie recipe is like that. Most cookies ARE very easy to make but some require chilling the dough which sucks if you don’t like waiting. Like all cookie dough recipes, it begins in the usual way. The creaming of butter and sugar until fluffiness is achieved. Then eggs and vanilla go in and are mixed until nice and smooth.
Then the powdery stuff goes in – that’s your baking soda, salt and flour. No need to go crazy mixing it. Just make sure it’s incorporated. Coconut gets mixed in next, followed by the oats and then the white chocolate chips. All it needs is to be evenly-dispersed. Blob big tablespoons of dough onto your prepared pan and bake. Voila! Cookie perfection will soon be yours in roughly 15 minutes or less. Look for golden edges and centers that are set.
