SO QUICK AND EASY, IT SHOULD BE CALLED IT QUOOKIE!
Hahaha! I know you love when I open with a good joke! What’s that you say? It’s not funny? Sigh. Well, hey. I tried. At least I have these cookies to cheer me up. Made with one of my favorite refrigerated staples – cream cheese – these babies are a cinch to whip up when the mood for cookies strikes you. These are light, sweet and irresistible. There is no way you can resist their wily charms.
Oh that’s cute. You think you can eat just one and forget about them? Ahahahahaha! Please. While there’s plenty to share with about 4 dozen cookies, you will eat your fair share of them too. And that’s okay because really, these are taste-tacular. Plus, you can decorate them any way you wish. There are a lot of options for that. These remind me of my old childhood neighbor’s mom’s Christmas cookies. As a matter of fact, these would be great for a holiday bake list. So simple and delicious…who wouldn’t want these for a gift?
