DESSERT IN A PINCH!
If you were to open up my fridge at any given time on any given day, you can bet the farm that I will ALWAYS have certain items in there. Milk and butter are total givens. But the other one that I refuse to run out of? Cream cheese. I love it because you can blissfully cook and bake with it. Or you can just spread it on bagels or toast for a quick munch. Every time I go to the supermarket, I grab more. In my house, it never goes to waste.
It’s safe to say that if I can find a reason to use cream cheese, I am all in. So these adorable cookie cups filled with cream cheese are a perfect excuse to pull out your cream cheese. These are super fast, super easy and super fun. It’s one of those things that you make when you find out friends will drop by for a little hang time.
