You know what you’re going to love most about this recipe? I mean besides the taste. You’re going to love that this is so simple and requires no baking. And when it’s hideously hot outside, who wants to heat up their kitchen cooking or baking? Not me, that’s for sure. All you’ll need to do is melt the gelatin in boiling water. And if you’ve got an electric kettle like I do, you don’t even need to use the stove. Ha! Take that, heat wave!
After the gelatin dissolves, you’ll just let it cool and then mix in the remaining ingredients. Then you spread it into a prepared graham cracker crust. Go with store bought unless you really want to be one of those show-offy people who has to make every little thing from scratch. Are you one of those? If so, could you come make me some graham cracker crusts from scratch? The heat has got me in a lazy state.
