TAKE A DIP ON THE WILD SIDE!
Coconut macaroons are something that instantly takes me back to my childhood. My grandma would always serve them during the Jewish holidays. They were dense and moist and I didn’t mind them though as a kid, I preferred all things chocolate. As I grew up though and once Grandma was long gone, getting a taste of these things gave me a case of the flashbacks. Still do. So when I found this easy recipe for chocolate-dipped coconut macaroons, I knew I had to try it out for Grandma.
I think I like the addition of this chocolate dipping. Maybe because it satisfies my chocolaty desires. Maybe because it so eloquently complements the coconut. Maybe a little of both. Whatever the case, you need not be Jewish to enjoy these. And you don’t need a special occasion for them either. They’re easy, moist and satisfying. If you’re looking for a subtle dessert treat, this is a great one to try. Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make these Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Macaroons.
