AMAZINGLY EASY. PHENOMENALLY DELICIOUS!
Ok, so it LOOKS crazy-difficult and there’s a giant list of ingredients but it’s so much easier than you think it is, trust me. Don’t let that stop you from making this incredible cake. Besides, your mixer is really the one who is working hard here. You just need to pour in your ingredients when called for. You can handle that, right? Of course you can! Get your cinnamon swirl mixture ready and then you can pour your half your cake batter into the pan. Then add the swirl mixture and then top it off with the rest of the batter. To make that awesome swirl, use a butter knife to create the pattern. Then bake!
Once the cake cools to room temperature, you can make your icing. That’s easy. If you want a thicker icing like the original poster has created, you’ll add less milk. Want it thinner? Add a little more milk. Do this gradually to adjust to the consistency you desire. Then top your cake with it and stand back to admire it in all its glory. And once you’re done staring at it, please, by all means, dig in.
