PREPARE TO BE DAZZLED!
Dare I say that I like these maybe a teensy bit more than cinnamon rolls? Oh, ok…nothing can ever replace cinnamon rolls but when you really want that cinnamon roll taste without all the fuss, this is it. It’s SOOOOOOOOOOOO easy too. Like easy-bake-oven easy! All you do is combine the ingredients listed for the bars and stir it up so there are no lumps. Then you’ll spread it into a prepared pan and bake it until the edges get all golden.
Let that baby cool and make the frosting. You’re going to beat it until it’s smooth and creamy with the help of your faithful mixer. Spread it on top of those glorious cooled bars and then make them extra awesome by sprinkling a cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. It will also make them have that sugary shine to it and we all know that makes everything pretty. Because the frosting is made with cream cheese, you will need to store anything that doesn’t get gobbled up in the fridge. Breakfast, snack, or dessert, it’s a winner!
