AN EASY WAY TO GET YOUR CHOCOLATE FIX!
While this recipe is pretty similar to the other one, this one gives you the option to use unsweetened Bakers chocolate or cocoa powder while the other one lists unsweetened cocoa powder. Much of it depends on what you’ve got in your pantry or if you prefer one ingredient over the other. The other difference is that for these, the original poster gives suggestions for what to do about the peanut butter.
See, don’t get me wrong here, I love peanut butter, but every no-bake cookie seems to have it. Meaning that if I want to hustle and make a no-bake cookie treat for a crowd, I need to be sure no one there has a peanut allergy. I don’t ever want to take that chance so I always wind up making something else. I wasn’t sure if these would be ok without peanut butter, but she says you can simply leave it out or use Sun Butter instead. Anyway, easy as can be heating all the ingredients on the stove with peanut butter being added last after everything has been boiled up together. Don’t waste time once they are done – plop those onto the wax paper to set up quickly. Once they’ve cooled and set, you’re ready to enjoy them and share the love!
