3-2-1 CAKE!
What you’ll need first and foremost is a good jar or container to store this mixture in. And ideally, you’ll label it with the mug cake instructions so you always have them handy. The mug cake mixture that goes in the jar is one box of angel food cake plus one box of any other flavor cake you want. In this case, you want chocolate, but you can use strawberry if you wanted. Pretty cool, huh?
So mix the mixes up and store it in your airtight container. Then when you want cake, simply add 3 tablespoons of the cake mixture and 2 tablespoons of water in a mug and microwave for 1 minute. You can also opt to add vanilla extract or chocolate chips if you desire. Once it’s done, let it cool before digging in. And feel free to top it off with whipped cream, sprinkles, hot fudge, caramel sauce or any other decadence you can dream up.
