The cake turns out with this perfect texture. You’ll see! Another thing with this cake is that you’ll need to take care to separate the egg yolks from the whites.
It will all get incorporated together but you’ll need to follow the directions for each of them. It will bake for an hour and then once it’s done, you’ll need to let it cool to room temperature before you refrigerate it. Once it’s ready to serve, you’ll cut it into appropriate-sized squares. Then you can dust those squares with powdered sugar. The magical taste is something everyone will ooh and ah about forever.
