YOU PUT THE CHOCOLATE IN THE COCONUT…!
You know what else you’re going to love about these? You only need 6 ingredients to make them. Yes! We love simple recipes with only a few ingredients.
These are loads easier if you make use of parchment paper too. You’ll heat the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate in a bowl that you’ll place atop a small pot of simmering water. You want the chocolate and the sweetened condensed milk to melt together.
Once it’s melted, get it off the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Then spoon drops of this mixture onto your parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Pop it in the oven for no more than 15 minutes. Whatever you do, make sure not to over-bake these babies. No good can come of burnt chocolate. Once they cool, enjoy and stash any leftovers in the fridge or else they might be a bit melty, goopy and messy.
