A MOUTHFUL OF WOW!
Now I must warn you that while the ingredient list is small and these are easy to make, they do take some time. But they’re worth it! These have no egg in them so they’re still good for anyone that’s expecting, or anyone really because you shouldn’t eat raw cookies dough due to salmonella. First, you will make the cookie dough. Make sure to use just one cup of those mini chips. You don’t want to run out later. You’ll plop them on a baking sheet and freeze them for an hour so they get nice and firm.
You should have already baked and cooled your brownies, incidentally. You should make sure to use the fudgy variety because you’ll need to cut them into small squares and then flatten each square with the palm of your hand, which works best with the fudgy variety. Then you’ll wrap your brownie around your cookie dough ball and keep doing so for all of them. Once everything is rolled up, you’ll melt the chocolate as it instructs on the package. Take a fork and dip these balls of deliciousness into the chocolate. Then let them set on foil, sprinkling more chocolate chips on top for garnish. Let them set and then you’re free to let them take you away from the insanity of your day.
