DOES THAT MEAN IT’S GOOD FOR YOU?
While I’m quite the sucker for all things chocolate and all things peanut butter, there’s something so delightful about eating a fruity dessert from time to time, isn’t there? It’s like when your mom would shout from her room to you in the kitchen to make sure you eat some fruit. Sure, Mom. Right on top of that one. I know, I know. Fruit is good for you. And it IS delicious. I’m not debating that point. But if fruit is good for you, does that mean dessert with fruit within is good for you too?
They should do research on this stuff. What are we paying those lazy scientists for anyway? Well, I’m willing to do the research. Who’s coming with me? You? Great! Let’s start by talking about this cherry bar recipe I found. I know, I know. More bars! But these are filled with luscious cherries. And then, these are topped with a sinful glaze. So maybe that works against it health wise…but taste wise? Oh man. It’s goooooood.
