IT’S A SMOOTH MOVE!
If you’ve made your own frosting before, you’ll know this is so simple. And if not, stop buying that canned stuff! You can make your own frosting in no time and it tastes SO much better than the can. I will say this…if you’re planning to learn and grow in baking and you don’t yet have a mixer, go out right this minute and buy one.
Sure, you can whip stuff up by hand but you will have it done in minutes with complete ease if you use a mixer. I was so stubborn about buying one in the beginning until I found myself trying to beat this stuff by hand. It is so exhausting! If you want an arm workout, go to the gym. Leave the mixing to your mixer. One word of caution though…add that sugar in one cup at a time. It makes it easier to blend. You don’t want lumpy frosting. Once your frosting has been created, go ahead and frost the heck out of anything you want. Cookies, cakes, cupcakes, even your own arm!
