True, I spend most of my time talking to you about the wide variety of desserts, cookies, cakes, and other confections that you can easily and beautifully create in your kitchen. I love me some chocolate, some vanilla, some crushed up candy bars, and cheesecake. I love these sweet treats more than I love shoes, and that is saying something remarkable.
However, I have a confession to make: I’m a salty food fanatic as well.
Admittedly, the majority of the salty treats that I love the most are consumed while watching sporting events. Sports stadiums are a place of cold drinks, hot dogs, and salty snacks. Generally speaking, when I’m attending a football game or soccer match, I rarely am looking to enjoy a sweet piece of pie. Stadium fare is pretty standard, but I look forward to it every time I go to a game. There is nothing, and I mean nothing that I enjoy more when watching a game than the traditional stadium soft pretzel.
