SOFT FLAVORFUL COOKIE BLISS!
Making cookies is always really easy. While some dough needs to be chilled first, this one does not. You can get to baking it straight away. The use of pudding in the dough also makes it soft and wonderful. It’s the perfect vehicle to host those moist chunks of apple and that butterscotch drizzle on top gives it that final detail that really makes these rock.
It’s totally easy too. Make the dough and then add the apples and the white chocolate chips. I suppose you could do butterscotch chips instead but that might be butterscotch overkill what with the butterscotch pudding used in these. Bake them and then once they cool, you can make them next-level in presentation as well as deliciousness by melting butterscotch chips in a bag and drizzling oozing butterscotch all over them. You could do this with your white chocolate chips if you prefer too. Either way, this is an absolutely legendary cookie recipe. Make it today!
