Ingredients:
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 4 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz container Cool-Whip or whipped topping
- 10 fun size Butterfinger candy bars, cut into pieces
Steps:
- Crumble or crush the Oreo cookies using a food processor or in a bag with a rolling pin.
- Combine with the melted butter or margarine and put into a 9″ pie dish.
- Press crumb mixture up sides of dish and evenly across bottom.
- Place in the freezer to set.
- In a stand mixer or a large bowl with a hand mixer, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping and then 2/3rd’s of the candy bar pieces.
- Transfer to the pie crust and smooth top. Top with remaining Butterfinger pieces.
- Put into the freezer and freeze overnight or at least 6-8 hours to freeze firm.
- When frozen, slice using a hot knife and enjoy!
