Once upon a time, I had a crazy office job. It feels like eons ago, largely because it WAS eons ago. Anyway, this place was horrible but for the fact that our boss would typically buy us donuts on Fridays. And in every box, he made sure to get Boston cream donuts because he knew I liked them so much. Couldn’t get a raise to save my life but hey, he showed his appreciation in donuts so I guess it evens out.
I like the pie version too but the donuts always got me. Maybe because they were mini versions of it. So when I found these Boston cream cupcakes, I knew I had to try them out.
