PUT THAT BISCUIT MIX TO GOOD USE!
Whether you cook and bake a lot or a little, I’m willing to bet you’ve got a box of biscuit mix just sitting in your cabinet, waiting to be used…don’t you? How did I know? Oh honey, we ALL have it. When it goes on sale or is a BOGO, you’d be a fool not to stock up on it. But then, if you’re like me, you might also get sidetracked a week or two later when the refrigerated biscuit dough goes on sale. And so you buy that too. And then you’re like, “Why do I have so many biscuits?!? What was I thinking?!?” Soon, your family gives you the stink-eye when you serve biscuits with dinner AGAIN. “Come on, Mommmmmmm!” My little one demanded crescent rolls instead. Sigh.
