HOW COULD IT NOT BE WITH THIS ON TOP?!?
The other day, I had to go to the drugstore to pick up some more vitamins. My kids decided this was the perfect time to make me go insane by picking up every single thing they came into contact with in the store. Is it just my kids? I can’t be the only one with this issue. Anyway, I have to say that most of the time, my kids are pretty good. But on this day, there must have been a full moon. I say this because my older one decided it would be a good idea to pick up candy bars and bite them through the wrapper. And of course because she did this, the little one copied her. And thus, in the 5 seconds I’d turned around to look at some BOGO items near the register, these 2 kids had slobbered all over 8 different candy bars.
To say I was embarrassed is the understatement of the year. I was so mortified I wished a sinkhole would open up beneath me. I had no choice but to buy the candy bars. The kids were punished and as I tried to drown out the sounds of their crying while they sat in timeout, I found a recipe that would help me put those broken candy bars to good use.
