CRISPETY, CRUNCHETY, PEANUT BUTTERY!
Before you make this recipe, you’ll need about a bag of those fun size Butterfingers. You should buy extra just in case of sneaky husbands and kids pilfering your stash of Butterfingers. For the ones that survive, you can chop them in your food processor with ease. For the blondie part, you’ll add everything slowly together. First, the butter and sugars. Then the vanilla and eggs. Then the dry ingredients. And finally, the Butterfingers.
Be careful not to over-bake it. The center should be just set. These need that gooey quality in the middle to really rock. While your blondies cool, make the Butterfinger Buttercream. It’s super quick with your mixer. You can stir in the Butterfingers for the buttercream or you can sprinkle them on top. Or you could even do a little in the buttercream and a little on top. Any way you slice it, it will be pure Butterfinger bliss!
