IT’S THE BEST KIND OF BREAD THERE IS!
Fresh-baked bread is always awesome but there’s something so special about banana bread. I mean, obviously, you’re not going to use it to make a sandwich (well, unless it’s peanut butter with banana slices which sounds pretty awesome right about now…) but you can eat banana bread any time. It’s breakfast, a snack or a dessert. Banana bread for the win!
Grease your loaf pan up and then mix up the ingredients together. The dry stuff will go together first while the wet stuff will go in another bowl. And then the two will join forces to make your banana bread mixture. Once it’s combined, you can add the walnuts if you desire. I adore walnuts but I know there are plenty of people out there who either have nut allergies or just plain don’t want nuts around. So for you folks, just leave the nuts out. You’ll still have incredible banana bread either way.
The secret to this one is slowly cooking it on a lower temperature. It keeps it moist and delicious, as banana bread must be. Enjoy!
