A BERRY DELICIOUS TWIST ON PIE-MAKING!
So I love pie, but sometimes I’m just not that into making the crust. I know, I know, so lazy of me. But there definitely are times when you need to make a dessert and you don’t want to go to all the trouble of rolling out the dough and all that jazz. Sometimes, you just want an easy pie. Sure, you could turn to those graham crusts, but they’re not appropriate for every pie you’ll make. Sometimes you need one that bakes up. And yeah, you can buy those pre-made too. But sometimes, someone thinks up something brilliant and you need to go run out and try it because it is just that smart.
Someone had the brainy idea to use phyllo dough instead of a traditional crust. What a great idea! So naturally, I had to see for myself just how this would pan out. Get it? Pan? Hahahahahaha! Ok, I’ll shut up now. Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make this Berry Cheesecake Pie.
